Settlement reached in Andrew Gillum ethics hearing

Former Tallahassee Mayor and Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum came to a settlement in a hearing before the Florida Commissison on Ethics.

Four of the five charges against Gillum were dismissed. The fifth, that he received a gift he reasonably knew was in excess of $100, he accepted as part of the settlement.

After two hours of discussion, Gillum's attorney and the Florida Commission on Ethics advocates and investigators came to an agreement.
